Who doesn't love a good burger, and while I love going out I feel my own creations can hold it's own vs any spot.
(Haven't name it yet but these burgers were bangin, I hate to toot my own horn but toot toot)
When I go about making a burger the first step is all of my ingredients.
- Freshly ground 80/20 ground beef
- Green leaf lettuce
- Fresh Tomatoes
- Florida Avocado
- Red Onions
- Deli Slice Pepper Jack Cheese
- Jalapenos
- obviously hamburger buns
- And a bottle of sweet baby rays Raspberry Chipotle BBQ sauce
Now I cook my burgers well to well done, I will never understand medium rare eaters, that juice is blood, that tenderness is because the meat isn't fully cook....but whatever floats your boat.
Before throwing the burger on the grill or pan season it to your liking, I can't give away my secret blend of herbs and spices but I do prefer my food to have a little kick.
After your burgers is done place your cheese on top and set it on paper towel to let some of that grease drain. A good burger should be juicy but not super greasy.
Once some of that grease is drained begin construction. The avocado and the raspberry chipotle bbq sauce sets this burger off.
